This annex lists the third-party processors and services used by HireBots, as referenced in the Privacy Policy. It is maintained separately so it can be updated without amending the legal documents.

Each processor may use its own sub-processors. Consult each processor's privacy policy for their sub-processor list. HireBots is not responsible for sub-processor changes made by its processors.
For processors located outside the EU/EEA, one of the following safeguards applies: - Adequacy decision by the European Commission - EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification - Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
For each non-EU processor, the specific safeguard (adequacy decision, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses) is indicated in the table above.
This list is updated when processors are added, removed, or changed. Material changes (new processor, new data category shared) are notified to users per Privacy Policy §10.
